Christmas Shop Sales Associate - Varied Hours (Manchester Trafford)

Christmas at Selfridges What To Expect: You will be a part of the Selfridges Christmas Magic and join our teams at our busiest time of year! You will be required to work weekends and be available for at least 2 out of the following key dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. As a Seasonal Sales Associate you will:

• Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge and catering to customer needs.
• Conduct sales, refunds and exchanges, helping the customer to find another suitable item/product if necessary or alternatively, offer our online services.
• Maintain the highest of retail standards through selling and replenishing stock, organising rails, and hosting.
• Be open to customer feedback, using it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards in your area.
• Manage and oversee the stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries to completing audits and maintaining the stock room.
• Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible role, you may be required to work in different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you.
• Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures, playing an active role in preventing stock loss.
