About the Role
Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world-class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the Art of Selling with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits. Our teams are curious, collaborative and ambitious, striving to exceed in every aspect of the role. You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, with responsibilities including high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.
