Our client, an established fast food company retailer, is searching for an ER Advisor to manage the ER function for the company and cover a 12-month maternity cover. This role is fully remote with some meetings in the central London office. It is a great time to join this company with its continuing success with HR projects and people development driving results.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of people business partnership across the ER department, including five ER Consultants and an ER Administrator. You will support the company in developing and implementing a robust ER HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, whilst driving a strong team and supporting your stakeholders.

The role will lead a team of ER Consultants and will focus on building key relationships across all levels of the business, to guide and influence better people-focused business decisions in all areas of people management. This role will have responsibility for the day-to-day team management, development and coaching of ER Consultants and managing more complex ER matters.

Maintain and monitor the ER case tracker to ensure ER cases are dealt with effectively and produce ER data and analytics to share with the business. Identify strategic and commercial trends which influence future activity and make recommendations to the Head of HR and update HR policies.

You will have experience of working as a successful and results-driven ER Advisor and will have at least three years' experience in a similar role in HR in a retail or hospitality environment. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellent stakeholder relationships across key senior leaders. Knowledge of TUPE and the ability to support and advise stakeholders to navigate end-to-end TUPE transfers is a must.
