The Red Lion, Stratford-upon-Avon will be opening in Early September. At Heartwood Collection, we are on the lookout for passionate and vibrant individuals to join our kitchen team as a Commis. The Red Lion is located on the canal in historic Stratford Upon Avon and just moments from the Royal Shakespeare Company. A listed building, the pub will be sympathetically renovated to create internal covers across the bar and dining room with additional external covers created in the spacious garden.

  • Crowne Plaza, Bridge Foot, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6YR
  • Wednesday, 27th August 10am - 4:30pm
  • Thursday, 28th August 10am - 4:30pm

About You:

  • Have an interest in great quality food, keen to develop and have high standards
  • Be an integral part of the kitchen team, follow recipes and work with others
  • 1-2 years experience in a service setting and basic knife skills and knowledge of prep and fresh food
