Our Menswear division is now looking for dedicated and service-driven Supervisor to join our team across key fashion areas including Mens Outdoor, Sport & Swim, Essentials, Contemporary Designer and International Designer. If you take pride in your personal presentation, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and understand what luxury service truly means, this could be your perfect next step. This is a full time role, working 5 of 7 days, requiring full flexibility including evenings and weekends.
About the Role
As a Supervisor in Menswear, you will be the face of Harrods on the shop floor delivering outstanding service and an unforgettable experience for every customer. Youll be part of a team that represents some of the most respected and innovative menswear brands in the world, and it will be your responsibility to bring those collections to life with passion, product expertise, and attentiveness. Youll be expected to arrive on time, take pride in your appearance, and uphold the highest standards of personal conduct and customer care. From the moment the doors open, youll be ready to support the business, delight customers, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a warm, knowledgeable and bespoke customer experience in every interaction
- Learning and demonstrating deep product knowledge across any of the five menswear areas, adapting your approach to suit the customer profile and brand identity
- Following Harrods Art of Selling methodology to maximise conversion and build long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensuring your department is always replenished, clean, well-merchandised and in line with Harrods visual standards
- Operating tills, handling transactions, refunds, and customer queries with professionalism and care
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Harrods at all times on the shop floor, behind the scenes and in how you carry yourself
- Responding positively to feedback, staying up to date with trends and new product launches, and using insights to improve your own performance
- Showing flexibility with shift patterns, including evening and weekend work as required
About You
Youll be passionate about menswear and excited to work across a range of high-profile brands. Youll understand that punctuality, attention to detail, and attitude are key to success in this role, and youll bring a strong sense of personal accountability and pride in your work.
You will:
- Have previous retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury fashion environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with a diverse customer base
- Be confident, calm and composed under pressure, with a can-do, solution-focused mindset
- Show excellent personal presentation, reliability, and punctuality every single shift
- Be a team player who contributes positively to the wider teams goals and atmosphere
- Be flexible with working hours and open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced store environment
- Support and guide junior team members on the shop floor, helping to maintain standards and resolve issues when required
