Location: Teddington, Southwest LondonSalary: 53,015 per annum

Were looking for a Senior Surveyor to deliver a high-quality and responsive surveying service, keeping our customers safe and at the heart of everything we do. A typical day for you would include carrying out detailed property inspections, responding to customer queries, managing, and supervising projects, and building confident, collaborative working relationships across the business.
Youll have experience of surveying within a social housing or residential property environment, and of building maintenance & diagnostic techniques. With a relevant technical qualification, youll work within health & safety legislation to diagnose defects, produce reports and keep customers informed, delivering projects on time and in budget.
Due to the nature of the role being within occupied premises, you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if the role is offered.
