Salary: 35,764 per annum

Who we're looking for:

As part of our Rents Team, you'll be joining us in an exciting new role where you'll use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may prevent rent payments. You'll support customers with significant rent arrears or complex circumstances that affect their ability to pay rent, including former tenancy arrears, helping them find sustainable solutions and maintain their tenancies wherever possible. You'll work with customers both during and after their tenancy has ended, playing a key role in delivering positive outcomes for both our customers and RHP Group.

You’ll need experience of:

  • Preparing legal documentation and representing cases at court possession proceedings.
  • Managing complex or sensitive customer situations and building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, including solicitors.
  • Debt recovery across a range of housing tenure types.
  • A good understanding of welfare benefits.
