Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Subcontractor Administrator to provide super support to our repairs service. Liaising with subcontractors and customers, you’ll help resolve queries quickly so we can deliver first class service for every project, home and customer, every time.
Doing your job brilliantly means using your showstopping communication skills to work collaboratively with other teams at RHP. You’ll also work with external contractors, monitoring all completed work to make sure it meets the required standard.
You’ll have experience of working with subcontractors in an administrative role, delivering exceptional customer service, staying calm under pressure, and using IT systems including Microsoft Office.
