Location: Teddington with flexibility
Salary: £61,986 per annum
We are looking for a Health and Safety Strategic Manager to join our team. You will support the team to meet business priorities, inspire employees and contractors across RHP Group to drive positive behaviour, and minimise risk through customer-focused solutions.
In this fast-paced environment, you will:
- Develop improvements to the safety management system
- Develop and implement health and safety procedures and training
- Deliver the strategic health and safety plan
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices
You’ll have a proven track record in a similar role with experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures in collaboration with operational teams. You will have experience in delivering strategic plans, be experienced in training and have a full UK driving license. You’ll need to hold a level 6 qualification in health and safety and be qualified at CertIOSH as a minimum.
