As part of our Repairs and Maintenance team, you’ll support your team to meet business priorities in a fast-paced environment, inspiring employees and contractors across RHP Home to drive positive behaviour and minimising risk through customer-focused solutions. There will be extensive cross-team working with a dual reporting line to both RHP Home and our Health and Safety Team.
As a high performing Health & Safety Operational Manager, you’ll support the business to ensure that it operates safely and to the statutory levels, across all areas as required in health and safety legislation and drive improvements using a Health and Safety management system. Communicating passionately and authentically across different channels you’ll be confident and assertive in challenging situations, adapting your style and methods to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
A Level 6 in Health and Safety and CertIOSH qualification is required. Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to complete an enhanced DBS check on appointment.
