Who were looking for
As our Infrastructure and Cyber Manager, youll lead the management and security of RHPs technology estate, making sure our systems are secure, resilient and aligned with our business needs. Youll provide technical leadership across infrastructure and cybersecurity, helping us manage risk, strengthen our security and deliver reliable, efficient technology services.
Youll lead our cybersecurity approach, protecting RHPs IT infrastructure against emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Youll oversee our servers, networks and cloud services, ensuring theyre secure, available and performing effectively. Youll also develop and maintain security policies, support compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and work across the business to embed security into everything we do.
Youll play a key role in responding to cybersecurity incidents, leading the detection, containment and remediation of security breaches. Youll carry out risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, oversee third-party suppliers and lead security awareness activity, helping to build a strong culture of security across RHP. Youll also contribute to technology budgets, ensuring we make effective and sustainable technology decisions.
Were looking for someone with significant experience in cybersecurity management, including risk management, threat detection and compliance, alongside a strong technical background in infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms. Youll have hands-on experience of Azure and securing cloud environments, with knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, intrusion detection and vulnerability management.
Youll also bring experience of incident response and disaster recovery, with the leadership and communication skills to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls and ISO 27001 is important, with relevant professional certifications highly desirable.
