Senior People Partner (Employee Experience)
Location: Teddington with flexibilitySalary: £55,080.00
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who will work closely with our managers across all teams and our subsidiaries to deliver our people strategy and maintain us as an inclusive and inspiring place to work. You’ll focus on all aspects of the employee lifecycle by making sure our day-to-day people activities mean we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right areas, and in the right numbers.
You’ll manage our People Advisor and Talent Attraction Advisor, ensuring a consistent approach across the organisation on all employee matters with a focus on employee relations, recruitment and engagement. You’ll also support the wider team with projects, systems and administration, making sure people are paid correctly.
You’ll have experience working at a senior HR generalist level in a fast paced environment, providing strategic and operational advice and support to management at all levels while maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
Your authentic communication skills will help you create and enhance internal relationships and you’ll use your brilliant planning and prioritisation skills to successfully implement changes that improve performance and productivity.
