Who we’re looking for
As part of our Retirement Housing team, you’ll use your passion and experience to support our retirement scheme customers to live in a safe environment, where help is always on hand.
A typical day for you would include making welfare calls, dealing with emergency callouts, reporting repairs, managing empty properties and interviewing new applicants. You’ll manage rent accounts, complete customer risk assessments – including referrals to appropriate agencies – respond to safeguarding concerns and make sure communal areas are safe and clear from hazards.
You’ll have experience of working with older people in a team that delivers super service and have a knowledge of Richmond borough. As you will be covering multiple sites, you’ll need to hold a full driving licence.
As you’ll be working in our retirement housing schemes, we will need to carry out an Enhanced DBS check for the successful candidate.
