10 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
We’re looking for someone with a passion for communication to develop our understanding of how it feels to be an RHP customer, using feedback to develop meaningful engagement plans that improve our service and connect our communities. You’ll love connecting with all types of people and be able to mobilise and bring key teams together to deliver for our customers.
You’ll have experience of relationship management or customer engagement, and the ability to turn feedback and insight into meaningful action plans. As part of the role will be on leading our social value and sustainable programme, experience in building strong, sustainable communities would be beneficial. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.
