Salary: £48,676 per annum

We are looking for an inspirational and inclusive Contracts Supervisor to monitor and develop a team of multi-skilled technicians, suppliers, and contractors to ensure our customers receive a stellar service every time. You will make sure the team is equipped to identify and resolve repairs cases quickly, keeping our customers happy at all stages of a repair.

You will need experience of working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. Obsessed with the customer experience, you will drive a customer-centric culture in your team. You will have experience of supervising a team in a busy customer demand-led environment, with the ability to make brilliant decisions and act quickly when things aren't right, whilst also keeping an eye on our budget. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will need to build collaborative relationships inside and outside of the organisation.
