We’re looking for an inspirational and inclusive Contracts Supervisor to monitor and develop a team of multi-skilled technicians, suppliers and contractors to ensure our customers receive a stellar service every time. You’ll make sure the team are equipped to identify and resolve repairs cases quickly, keeping our customers happy at all stages of a repair.
You’ll need experience of working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. Obsessed with the customer experience, you’ll drive a customer-centric culture in your team. You’ll have experience of supervising a team in a busy customer demand-led environment, with the ability to make brilliant decisions and act quickly when things aren’t right, whilst also keeping an eye on our budget.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll need to build collaborative relationships inside and outside of the organisation.
