Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Multi Trade Operative with a focus on flooring to carry out reactive and planned works in our customers’ homes.
Your responsibilities include installations, repairs, and maintenance work across various flooring types such as vinyl, self-levelling, cushion/carpet, laminate, floor tiles, and wooden floors, including all related sub-floor repairs. Your goal is to complete work to the highest standards on the first attempt, adhering to all rules, regulations, and contractual obligations. You will also maintain records for audit purposes, collaborate with other teams, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles, enabling immediate impact on customer repairs. You should understand the importance of working respectfully within occupied homes, listening carefully to customer needs, and providing the best solutions to ensure safety and satisfaction.
As the role involves working in occupied premises, an enhanced DBS check will be required if offered the position.
