Multi Trade Operative (Brickwork Focus)
Location: Teddington & across south west LondonSalary: £40,698.00
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative who has a particular focus on bricklaying and repointing to carry out reactive and planned works in our customers’ homes.
You’ll be delivering high standards of repairs and maintenance work including but not limited to blockwork, cavity wall repairs, wall ties and damp proof course repairs. Doing your job brilliantly means completing your work to the highest level, first time, and making sure we always work in accordance with rules, regulations and our contract. You’ll also keep and maintain records for audit purposes, work collaboratively with other teams, and make sure we’re always working safely.
Your experience in a similar multi-trade role along with the ability to undertake or understand associated trade tasks such as plastering groundworks and carpentry will mean you’re able to make a difference to our customers repairs straight away. By always understanding you’re working in a customer’s home and taking the time to listen, understand and identify the best way forward, you’ll help us to deliver the highest level of customer service and keep our homes safe.
Due to the nature of the role being within occupied premises, you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the job.
