We’re looking for a Project Surveyor to look after planned works and larger projects from procurement to delivery, making sure they’re delivered safely, on time and on budget. You’ll deliver planned and reactive programmes of work and improvement programmes for preventative and cyclical maintenance. You’ll make sure that work is carried out safely and that it meets building and health and safety regulations, making sure project targets are met and works are delivered to a high-quality standard by carrying out regular site inspections.
We’re looking for someone with experience of building maintenance, specifications and using diagnostic techniques to support decisions, and who has experience of managing planned works including cyclical decoration. You’ll have managed contractors and consultants to successfully complete projects and be able to look at buildings from a holistic perspective.
You’ll have a technical qualification in building surveying or a related technical subject, to degree level or equivalent and be accredited by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Surveyor/Institute of Building. You will also need a full valid UK driving licence.
