Salary: £64,793 per annum
We’re looking for a Planned Works Project Manager to deliver planned improvement programmes for preventative and cyclical maintenance, making sure they’re delivered safely, on time and on budget.
A typical day for you may include:
- Managing kitchen and bathroom renewal projects
- Roof/window replacement projects
- Fire remediation projects
- Carrying out tendering processes and electronic procurement activities
- Inspecting works, reconciling, and settling accounts and valuations
- Reviewing risk assessments and method statements
- Ensuring all projects meet CDM regulations
You’ll have experience of managing a project team and managing fire remediation projects, ideally in a social housing environment, as well as supporting the implementation, procurement, delivery, and supervision of maintenance contracts.
With outstanding technical knowledge, including a degree level qualification in building surveying or related technical subject, you’ll keep our contractors on board to deliver first-class work and our customers safe.
