If you have experience of leading high performing compliance teams and building services experts to deliver a wide range of M&E planned works projects for a social housing provider, then this may be the role for you! We are looking for someone who can lead our compliance team to deliver compliance, building safety and M&E service across our housing stock that keeps customers safe and keeps on getting better.
You will need to be a great people lead, using your knowledge, technical expertise and enthusiasm to manage our M&E servicing contracts, build brilliant relationships with key contractors and inspire your team to deliver exceptional performance, making sure we provide safe homes for our customers.
