Salary: £40,698 per annum
We’re looking for a Repairs Technician, to carry out repairs and maintenance work including paving, flagging and drainage with a particular focus on fencing and general grounds maintenance. Doing your job brilliantly means completing your work to the highest level, first time, and making sure we always work in accordance with rules, regulations and our contract.
You’ll also keep and maintain records for audit purposes, work collaboratively with other teams, and make sure we’re always working safely. Your experience in a similar multi-trade role along with the ability to undertake or understand associated trade tasks such as brickwork and drainage will mean you’re able to make a difference to our customers' repairs straight away.
By always taking the time to listen, understand and identify the best way forward, you’ll help us to deliver the highest level of customer service and keep our homes safe. Due to the nature of the role being within occupied premises, you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.
