Location: Teddington, South West London with flexibility

Salary: £30,630 per annum - Pro-rata £15,315

Who we're looking for:

  • Part time 18 hours per week - 3 months fixed term

As part of our Rents team, you'll use your stellar communication and customer service skills to support customers to pay their rent arrears after tenancies have ended and their parking charges. As part of the role, you'll be tracing former tenants with outstanding balances and taking appropriate steps to ensure the balance is paid in full. You'll be responding to routine enquiries from tenants and collection agencies through different channels and liaising with debt collection agents where needed.

You’ll need experience of working in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate clearly and thoughtfully. You will have excellent numeracy skills and be able to carry out tasks quickly and effectively and have knowledge of former tenancy arrears management or collecting commercial debt.
