Development Technical Manager – Maternity Cover

Location: Teddington with flexibilitySalary: £64,726.00

Who we’re looking for

UP TO 12-MONTHS MATERNITY COVER

As part of our development team, your key focus will be the quality of our new homes. You’ll support our Project Managers to procure the right contracts and manage relationships with our consultants and contractors to make sure our developments are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality. You’ll also make sure we comply with all required standards and deliver a world class service for every project, home and customer, every time.

We are looking for someone who has experience in managing delivery and project handover of multiple large scale residential development schemes over a number of years and is up to date with current building technologies and legislation. You’ll have experience of managing significant budgets and in working with different types of construction . You’ll oversee the external wall programme by arranging surveys and reporting findings across the business, so a thorough knowledge of the external wall survey process for both new builds and existing homes will be an advantage.

There will b a need to make site visits and attend occasional evening and weekend meetings and events as part of this role.
