We are looking for a Repairs Technician to complete a wide range of duties and responsibilities relating to reactive and planned works, particularly focused on plumbing work. A typical day will involve completing various repairs and maintenance work, including installations and maintenance relating to taps and shower valves, bathroom fixtures, shower trays, pumps and light mechanical works.

You will also keep and maintain records for audit purposes, ensure we always work in line with rules, regulations and our contract, and make sure you are always focused on service and safety. You will have experience in a similar all-round multi-trade role and be able to complete tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering and tiling.

You will also have a relevant plumbing qualification, be able to demonstrate general engineer competence and be L8 Legionella awareness qualified together with water regulations competent. On top of this, you will be passionate about delivering a show-stopping customer service and be able to work collaboratively across other trades and teams.

Due to the nature of the role being within occupied premises, you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.
