The Vacancy
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Multi Trade Operative with a focus on flooring to perform reactive and planned works in customers’ homes.
You will carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance across various flooring types within social housing, including vinyl, self-levelling, cushion/carpet, laminate, floor tile, and wooden flooring, along with associated sub-floor repairs. Your goal is to complete work to the highest standards on the first attempt, adhering to all rules, regulations, and contractual obligations. You will also maintain records for audit purposes, collaborate with other teams, and ensure safe working practices.
Experience in a similar role will enable you to make an immediate impact on customer repairs. By understanding the importance of working within occupied homes and engaging with customers effectively, you will help us deliver excellent service and ensure homes are safe.
Due to the role being within occupied premises, an enhanced DBS check will be required if you are offered the position.
