Who we\’re looking for
We\’re seeking a Caretaker to maintain a sparkling clean, tidy, and safe estate. A typical day involves being a first point of contact for customers on our estates, reporting and solving issues promptly, and ensuring a great living environment. Key responsibilities include responding to immediate needs such as clearing rubbish chutes, replacing light bulbs, and reporting communal repairs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering excellent customer service, handling cleaning tasks, and using cleaning materials safely. We offer a competitive salary, including at least the London Living Wage, a driving allowance, and various additional awards.
