Overview
Who we\’re looking for: a Caretaker to maintain a sparkling clean, tidy, and safe estate. A typical day includes being a first point of contact for customers on our estates, reporting and solving issues quickly, and maintaining a great place for them to live. Responsibilities include clearing rubbish chutes, replacing light bulbs, and reporting communal repairs. You\’ll have experience of delivering world-class service to customers and carrying out cleaning and handling cleaning materials safely. We pay our caretakers at least the London Living Wage to recognise the higher cost of living in the capital. On top of this we offer a wide range of extra, meaningful awards. Due to the nature of the role, you may be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.
