Vision Products, part of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, provide specialist assistive technology and community support services. Due to a temporary peak in workload, the Assistive Technology Department has a short-term requirement within their equipment swap-out programme, supporting the transition from analogue to digital home care devices.

This is a customer-facing position responsible for visiting service users' homes to replace outdated analogue equipment with upgraded digital devices. Full training will be provided on the equipment and installation process. The role requires a professional, patient, and organised approach, ensuring each customer receives clear guidance and a positive experience.
