About Community Housing:

- The Homefinder Team processes applications for social housing on behalf of our Registered Landlord partners.
- The Social Letting Agency (SLA) Team delivers the Welsh Government’s Leasing Scheme Wales, securing good-quality, affordable homes for those in housing need.
- The Housing Assessment and Support Team offers advice and assistance to individuals in temporary accommodation.
- The Diversionary Activity Team supports individuals in temporary and supported accommodation with various activities.
- The Resettlement Team provides practical support for individuals and families needing to rebuild their lives.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a motivated graduate with experience in developing or updating websites and a passion for making a difference. This role involves supporting a wide range of information technology and digital improvement activities, working closely with service managers and performance teams to gather data, review processes, update website content, produce documentation, and assist with digital projects.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in ICT, Computer Science, Business Management, or Marketing/Communications.
- Confident communicator and team player.
- Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A passion for making a difference.
- Ability to work with people at all levels.
