All Graduate Officers will be supported to complete either a Level 4 Project Management qualification or job‑related technical training (all fully funded) as part of the programme.
The Governor Support Service provides comprehensive training, guidance, and assistance for governors across Rhondda Cynon Taf. Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will be exceptionally well organised and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role is ideally suited to someone who embraces new challenges and is eager to develop a wide range of skills. We are looking to appoint an individual who is adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria
- A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
