Are you passionate about science and technology and eager to start your career in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Science Technician to join Porth Community School. Responsibilities include assisting in laboratory equipment preparation, supporting experiments, and maintaining a safe, organized laboratory space.
The role is term-time only, requiring a keen interest in science, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You will work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Applied Science while earning a wage.
Entry Requirements- 5 GCSEs at A-C including Maths, English, and Science or equivalent.
This is a fixed-term, two-year post starting in September, with pay dependent on age:
- 21 & over: £12.21/hour
- 18-20: £10.00/hour
- Under 18: £7.55/hour
