Who Weβre Looking For
We seek an Apprentice Pest and Animal Control Officer to join our Pest and Animal Control Team within the Public Health, Protection and Community Services Division. The role involves developing skills to work as a Pest Control Officer and/or Animal Warden, providing valued services to the public.
The ideal candidate will have good people skills and tactfulness in sensitive situations. This role offers a chance to gain practical experience and develop skills supporting professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
What Will You Study?
All Apprentices will complete a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.
What Will You Be Paid?
This is a fixed-term, two-year post starting in September, with pay dependent on age:
- 21 & over: Β£12.21/hr
- 18-20: Β£10.00/hr
- Under 18: Β£7.55/hr
