An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Abercynon maintenance depot for the appointment of a Senior Team Leader (Construction).
We are seeking candidates to lead a team undertaking various highway maintenance tasks, including drainage works, tarmac, kerbing, and paving. This physically demanding role requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Experience in Highways Maintenance / Construction operations is essential, and you will preferably hold relevant qualifications or accredited training in highway maintenance.
Preferences: Flexibility and availability to meet the Council’s needs, including responding to emergencies and working overtime when necessary.
Location: Permanent position at the Highways Department, Abercynon Depot.
