Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to become part of the Social Letting Agency Team in RCT. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week and is based in Ty Sardis, Pontypridd. The position is temporary and funded until 31 March 2026.
Responsibilities
- Monitor repairs and rental income for a small but busy team.
- Deliver excellent customer service to contract holders and professionals involved.
- Work confidently with contractors and internal partners.
- Use IT systems, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Support safeguarding responsibilities, including an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
Qualifications & Details
Protecting children and vulnerable adults is a core responsibility of all staff appointed to the Council.
