Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to become part of the Social Letting Agency Team in RCT. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week and is based in Ty Sardis, Pontypridd.

The Social Letting Agency offer landlords a full property management service for the duration of their lease, including repairs, maintenance and a guaranteed income.
This position is temporary and funded until 31st March 2026.
The Rents and Repairs Assistant will be part of a small but busy team, monitoring the repairs and rental income.
As part of the team, you will need to deliver an excellent customer service to contract holder, along with professionals we become involved with.
You will need to be confident working with our contractors and internal partners.
You will need to be fully competent in using IT systems, with the ability to learn new systems.
