Property Information Assistant

Join the Property Information Team at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council to assist the Property Information and Asset Register Supervisor in supporting the Corporate Estates Division in collating and providing high quality information to enquiries on property information at all levels, including Members, departments, public bodies, other organisations and the general public, both face‑to‑face, on the telephone and via email.

Responsibilities

Process and record information within the Property Information Systems and Asset Register, and produce plans from the Geographical Information Systems (GIS).

Protection and Safeguarding

Protecting children and vulnerable adults is a core responsibility of all staff appointed to the Council. The successful applicant will also be subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
