An opportunity has arisen for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Contract Administration Team. The role involves delivering a wide range of civil projects across Rhondda Cynon Taf and supporting the financial and contractual management of these projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide bills of quantities and commercially assess tenders.
- Manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects, including assessment of CE’s.
- Prepare cost plans for grant bids.
- Procure services of consultants and contractors, track changes, and adjust budgets accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a relevant subject.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, ICE or equivalent, or evidence of working towards one.
