The Trailblazer Wellbeing Tutor is a new post and will offer a person-centred approach to determine and mitigate against the impact of barriers to employment, by providing support with a clear focus on wellbeing and progress. The post holder will be based in Canolfan Calon Taf, Parc Coffa Ynysangharad War Memorial Pak, CF37 4PF with travel across the Borough to deliver non-accredited wellbeing courses.
A teaching and/or training qualification is essential.
