Vision Products is seeking a dedicated and professional Contract Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily on-site operations of our installation teams and ensuring tenants receive a seamless, high-quality window fitting service. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the fenestration industry.
You will act as a key link between our installation teams, end customers, and administrative staff—supporting smooth coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The post holder would ideally have experience in surveying within windows/doors. You will be confident managing on-site situations, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service delivery at all times. This position will be based on site at our Pontyclun offices.
