We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to join our Health & Safety Team within the Human Resources group at Rhondda Cynon Taf Council. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our organisation's wellbeing and safety culture.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management, service areas, schools and trade unions to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice in health and safety.
  • Develop and implement safety policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Provide expert guidance on all matters relating to workplace safety.
