Hours: Monday to Friday; 09.00 – 18.00 Expected start date: November 2026 The Role We are looking for an exceptional Building Manager for a prestigious new luxury residential development in North London.

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Building Manager will be the most senior member of the onsite team and responsible for managing the Concierge Team.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests and it will be your duty to create memorable experiences.

You will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

Key

Responsibilities: To act as line manager for the Concierge Team Members and provide continuous training and support to the concierge team.

To ensure the Concierge Team Members have a comprehensive understanding of the SOP manual and that they act in accordance with its policies and procedures, ensuring the manual is regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
