Triptych Residential is seeking a Day Concierge to focus on residents and guests, delivering concierge, amenity operations, security and housekeeping to a high standard.
You will coordinate central services, assist with bookings, and build resident loyalty through proactive communication.
Working with Front of House and Duty Managers, you will greet residents, handle calls and emails, manage deliveries, and support lifestyle requests.
