The role of Night Concierge will focus on the residents and guests of Chiltern Place, delivering duties and overall experience to an exceptional standard. They will be the main point of contact for all and excel in concierge services, amenity operations, security, and housekeeping to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered.

They will direct, co-ordinate, plan and undertake essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, amenity and transportation bookings, dry cleaning, general requests, waste disposal and recycling. They will focus on building loyalty with residents and delivering results through proactive communication as well as by meeting residents’ and management’s expectations, thus creating memorable experiences.

Alongside the Night Duty Manager and building Management, you will refer and follow up on any significant lifestyle requests to management and ensure the multiple service elements operate effectively to create a seamless one-team approach by being an effective and proactive member of the team. You will be an ambassador for the brand and the development.

The Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury residential property.
  • Must have a strong command of the English language.
  • Must have excellent communication, customer service and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety.
  • Service driven, understand the importance of going the extra mile.
  • Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.
  • Good knowledge of the central London area.
  • Strong list of contacts within the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
  • Efficient in multi-tasking in high pressure environments.
  • Experienced car driver with a valid and clean driving license essential.
