Working Hours - Monday to Friday - with weekend hours being negotiable

Rhodium Consulting is working with a successful and growing lighting and electrical distributor to recruit an internal sales / trade counter sales assistant to join their team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers at the trade counter
  • Assisting with receipt of deliveries
  • Managing customer terms and processing purchase orders
  • Using internal systems for orders, enquiries, picking notes, and back orders
  • Keeping the warehouse and trade counter organised

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in trade counter sales within the electrical wholesale industry
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • A genuine team player with a desire to get the job done
