Enthusiastic and experienced Internal Sales person required by a distributor of space and water heating equipment. You will have experience of telephone sales from either an electrical wholesalers or plumbing and heating merchants and ideally an understanding of electrical water and space heaters. You will be driving sales forward and developing business with new and existing customers.
Job role:
- Your target will be to help maximise branch profitability.
- You will join as a key member of a high performing team, providing the highest possible levels of customer service and performance, growing sales and developing the customer account base.
- To develop a sound and profitable customer base over the phone.
- Analysing trends and opportunities in the marketplace, monitoring competitors activities and taking appropriate action.
- To build relationships with clients to maximise deals.
- To maximise branch sales and profit targets.
- To ensure that the stock levels at the branch are maintained within the agreed company targets whilst ensuring adequate credibility stock is available.
- Complete all required administration within agreed time frames.
- Ensure branch premises are in good order, clean and safe.
- To ensure compliance with all legislation and company procedures.
You will be working as part of a small team of staff in a successful and busy business. This is a full time permanent position Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. Salary depending on experience plus bonus.
