Responsibilities:
- As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
- Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
- Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
- Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based
- Ensure that your team meet operational standards
- Manage business operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service
- Oversee stock management and ensure the business runs smoothly
Skills / Experience:
- Proven experience in electrical wholesale, industrial electrical sales or a related industry
