Industry: Industrial Electrical Distribution

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing customers, acting as their main point of contact
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product advice and solutions
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and customer enquiries
  • Build strong product knowledge to support customers with informed recommendations
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with customers
  • Identify opportunities to support customer growth and increase account value through excellent service

Skills/experience:

  • Electrical Wholesale / or industrial electrical experience
  • A proactive can-do approach to work
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good I.T. skills
