We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of our well-established Electrical Wholesale client in Morpeth. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up into their first management role, or an existing manager who would enjoy running a small branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales and gross profit targets in line with the overall company strategy.
  • Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts.
  • Proactively research and contact potential new customers, set up meetings, open new accounts and build the branch customer base.
  • Providing training and development for staff.
  • Ensure that your team meet operational standards.

Skills / Experience:

  • Sales and/or Managerial experience, within the Electrical Wholesale industry.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels, with staff, customers, and suppliers.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
