The Role
As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience—from the first enquiry to aftersales support. You will be confident, approachable, and organised, thriving in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment. Sales enquiries may begin in person, over the phone, or via email, so clear and friendly communication across all channels is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers to the showroom and building strong, lasting relationships
- Answering inbound sales calls and making outbound calls to our customer database
- Creating quotations, processing payments, and arranging deliveries
- Providing expert advice on product suitability, sizing, and pricing
- Showcasing a natural flair for interiors and design
- Managing customer records and daily activity in the CRM system
- Arranging and dispatching samples
- Delivering outstanding aftersales service
- Confirming showroom appointments ahead of customer visits
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional showroom environment
- Offering refreshments to customers during appointments
