The Role
We are seeking a full-time, permanent, hands-on Yard Manager to join a busy depot in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an operational, hands-on role where you will lead from the front, working alongside Yard Operatives and actively participating in the day-to-day running of the yard. The position involves regular manual labour, including cleaning timber mats and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating telehandlers/forklift trucks and a strong background in a similar yard or construction environment, along with people management experience.
